We’ve Changed the Culture Around Guns in America.

Gun violence has plagued this country for generations, and survivors and impacted communities have long led the fight to end it. In 2018, March For Our Lives fundamentally shifted that fight by bringing an entire generation into it at scale. We made gun violence prevention a defining issue for Gen Z, transforming it from an occasional headline into a sustained cultural and political priority.

In the years since, we have mobilized millions of young people nationwide, helped drive the passage of gun safety laws at every level of government, and contributed to reshaping the political landscape by elevating leaders who take this crisis seriously and holding accountable those who do not. We helped move gun violence from the margins of public debate to the center of national conversation.

But this movement was never about a single march, law, or election. It has always been about building lasting power.

For millions of young people, their first act of civic participation was not casting a ballot, but walking out of their classrooms or marching in the streets. We helped turn those moments into a generation-wide awakening and that awakening into a sustained force. Today, young people are not just participating in this fight. They are defining it.

We Disrupt the Status Quo.

We ushered in a new era for gun safety in American politics, and completely changed the conversation on guns.

WE REFUSE TO DIE WAITING.

We will be the generation to end gun violence.
