Mobilize Youth

We give young people clear, powerful ways to turn grief into change.

Turning outrage into organized action.

Young people have the passion, numbers, and moral clarity to change this country, but they need the tools and opportunities to turn that energy into impact.

March For Our Lives mobilizes young people nationwide to take action in the moments that matter most — transforming heartbreak and frustration into organized, sustained power. Whether it’s in the wake of tragedy or ahead of an election, we move millions to protest, vote, and demand accountability from those in power.

We know that when young people act together, they don’t just respond to the news — they reshape it.

How We Mobilize.

We meet young people where they already are — online, in their schools, and in their communities — and give them the tools to lead. Our work connects the urgency of now with the infrastructure to keep showing up tomorrow.

We activate in moments of crisis and opportunity.
Through rapid-response campaigns, we give young people immediate ways to take action — from digital petitions and phone calls to rallies, walkouts, and creative public demonstrations that command attention and demand accountability.

We build accessible pathways for action.
Our digital Action Hub is the heartbeat of our organizing work — a one-stop platform where young people can find out what’s happening, learn how to get involved, and take action in real time. From signing petitions and emailing lawmakers to joining events or organizing friends for local protests, the hub turns outrage into clear, achievable steps. It connects our national campaigns to everyday actions, making activism easier, faster, and more collective than ever before.

We reach youth through culture and community.
By partnering with artists, creators, and cultural influencers, we bring civic action into the spaces where young people already gather — from social platforms and concerts to campuses and community centers.

We mobilize voters.
Through peer-to-peer outreach, voter education, and creative digital engagement, we help young people connect the dots between gun violence and political power — ensuring their voices shape every election.

Why It Matters

Every generation faces a defining moral test. Ours is this: will we accept a world where gun violence is normal, or will we demand something better?

Young people have always been at the forefront of social change, but too often, they’re shut out of political systems that weren’t built for them. Mobilizing youth power isn’t just about showing up to protest; it’s about transforming civic engagement into a lifelong habit of leadership, advocacy, and accountability.

When young people rise, power shifts.

The IMPACT.

When young people act together, everything changes. Streets fill with protest. Timelines flood with truth and solidarity. Headlines shift, and power starts to listen.

What begins as outrage becomes movement — and that movement moves the nation. From marches that shook Washington to the daily digital actions that keep pressure on the powerful, our generation has proven again and again that its voice carries real weight.

This is the force March For Our Lives has built since Parkland: a movement that refuses to fade, that turns pain into progress, and that grows stronger every single day.

After a shooting in Tennessee, we demanded change

Young people in Nashville refused to accept thoughts and prayers. So we organized walkouts and sit ins to demand more.
