March For Our Lives operates through two organizations that work hand in hand:
March For Our Lives Foundation (501(c)(3)) Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible. These gifts support our educational programs, cultural initiatives, and youth leadership development. They fuel the work of amplifying survivor stories, creating art and memorials, and training the next generation of changemakers. By law, funds given to the Foundation cannot be used for electoral activity.
March For Our Lives Action Fund (501(c)(4)) Donations made online support the Action Fund, our registered 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Contributions here are not tax deductible, but they are critical to the fight as they allow us to lobby for stronger gun violence prevention policies. Together, both arms of our organization fuel one movement with a single goal: ending gun violence and building a safer future.
